Returns


We want you to be happy with your jewelry and enjoy your experience with us. To make a return please reach out via our contact page.

We will exchange or offer store credit for unworn items when contacted within 7 days of your shipment being received. For hygienic reasons, all earrings are final sale. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. We advise you make your return with tracked/insured shipping as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Market purchases are final sale. However, if you receive a market purchase as a gift and need resizing we are happy to resize your bracelet for you. You are responsible for shipping costs or getting your bracelet to us. 

If your item arrives damaged via mail please reach out to us within 48hrs of receiving your package and we will work with the carrier towards resolution. 

Please read our page on jewelry care as we do not exchange or refund for tarnished jewelry. 

All of our bracelets are double strung to ensure durability. However, we realize accidents happen (like toddlers). If your stretch cord breaks please save your beads and we will restring your bracelet, free of charge. You are responsible for associated shipping costs or getting your bracelet to us.
